Surprise Care Ride was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that no one in our community misses a critical medical appointment due to lack of transportation. We saw firsthand how difficult it can be for elderly and disabled residents to access the care they need, and we decided to do something about it.
Starting with a single accessible van and a commitment to treating every passenger with dignity and respect, we have grown into a trusted transportation partner for families, healthcare facilities, and care coordinators throughout Surprise, AZ and the surrounding communities.
Today, our fleet of customized Chevrolet Vans — each equipped with full wheelchair ramp access — serves hundreds of clients each month, from routine doctor visits to life-sustaining dialysis treatments and everything in between.
